With TCG responsible for all task performance, this single competitively awarded contract allows the OMB to use the BPA to purchase the full scope of IT services and products offered by TCG and our 7 Contracting Teaming Arrangement (CTA) members’ GSA Schedule 70 contracts.
OMB and members of the Budget Formulation and Executive Line of Business (BFELoB) can use the BPA to place orders through their agencies’ procurement offices or via GSA/FEDSIM. Buyers receive small-business credit for utilizing the BPA and task requests and awards can be completed in as little as two weeks.
