TCG’s Successful Hiring Process Highlighted

Small Business Review discusses ways to improve hiring

Washington, D.C., June 27, 2007: TCG’s hiring process is highlighted in a recent Small Business Review article, Find Your Hire Power.

“If you run a business, the odds are good that you’ve made a few hiring mistakes over the years. Well, you’re not alone. By some estimates, 75 percent of new hires fail to meet expectations and end up costing companies valuable time and money,” writes Amy Linn. In contrast, ’ ”We’ve had only two failures out of about 30 hires,’ ” said Dan Turner, President of TCG.

To achieve these outcomes, TCG uses a process called Topgrading. More details about this process and other ways to hire excellent professionals are available in the article.
