TCG is an award-winning e-Government solutions provider. We are seeking a DC-based BUSINESS ANALYST to join our project team at a major Federal agency.

The Business Analyst is responsible for:

  • Participating in and facilitating requirements gathering sessions with end users
  • Eliciting and documenting business and system requirements
  • Developing user stories with acceptance criteria

Required Skills:

  • US citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal government clearance are required
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and Web-based applications
  • Ability to facilitate customer requirements-gathering sessions
  • Ability to act as a liaison between testers, developers, client, and other stakeholders during all phases of development
  • Experience with iterative systems development life-cycle and documentation
  • Experienced with Agile/Scrum activities and ceremonies
  • Ability to document requirements in User Story format with clear Acceptance Criteria
  • Experience conducting demos
  • Ability to facilitate customer user acceptance testing
  • Clear communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Initiative

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with tracking systems for requirements and user story management
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Experience with relevant CMMI Level 2 & 3 processes


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
