In anticipation of an upcoming award, we are seeking a Communications Lead to provide support for high-level strategy documents, internal facing communications, and tactical communications to support and advance our customer’s mission.

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance are required.

This hybrid (primarily remote) position requires occasional in-person meetings in Bethesda, MD.


  • Provide strategic and tactical communications support to OCIO leadership and its functional divisions.
  • Create and manage content for internal and external-facing SharePoint sites spanning all functions of the OCIO
  • Analyze user interactions and customer traffic and recommend SharePoint content and feature development based on analysis
  • Support OCIO leadership with communications planning for IT programs, projects, and services
  • Develop and execute communications plans
  • Produce professional-looking reports and presentations, including the development of graphics


  • At least 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role
  • Experience writing web content, reports, briefings, and emails
  • Adept at Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Stock
  • Adept at using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively


  • Bachelor’s degree required
