US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal government clearance check are required for this position.

Although this position is currently a full-time remote position, it will eventually require on-site work in Washington, D.C.


  • Catalog OCIO policies and ensure compliance with federal guidance such as FITARA and OMB A‑130
  • Research emerging IT policies and services, and advise stakeholders on their alignment with and impact to established strategic goals
  • Provide support in business process, system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts
  • Support cross functional teams related to IT services, acquisitions, policies, and procedures
  • Provide business analysis support and strategic planning support for a wide variety of technical and functional environments
  • Translate business process needs and Federal guidance into technical requirements
  • Draft business cases, processes and workflows for IT investments
  • Provide support in Change Management, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Communications, Knowledge Management, Business and Technical Analysis


  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with an IT team or policy team
  • Understanding of business process models and workflow analysis
  • Ability to work with technical SMEs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply quick logical thinking to solve complex problems
  • A demonstrated ability to quickly process and master a wide range of subject matter
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with an executive audience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Policy, or related field
