TCG is an award-winning e‑Government solutions provider. We are seeking a Project Coordinator with some design experience to join our team. This is a remote position, however, the hired candidate must be located within a commutable distance of the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

The Project Coordinator will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment supporting TCG’s Solutions Management Office. This office works for projects that support high-profile initiatives and government agencies. The team utilizes a unique combination of technologies and methods and will provide a wealth of opportunity and experience for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is someone who shows initiative and can manage multiple tasks in a small amount of time. The candidate should possess a very strong work ethic, while also valuing collaboration and communication.


  • Collaborate with teams to launch projects
  • Pitch creative concepts and facilitate collaborative sessions with subject matter experts
  • Identify areas and potential projects where process redesign and improvement can make a significant impact
  • Provide meeting logistical support, produce meeting agendas, and track follow-up items
  • Prepare meeting materials and draft detailed meeting minutes for key meetings
  • Identify, communicate, and propose mitigations for risks and issues that would have an impact on projects
  • Produce status reports on assigned projects and/or activities to project managers
  • Use feedback from experts to improve the quality of delivery
  • Assist with quality assurance and deliverable review
  • Create timely, detailed team communications as needed
  • Utilize creative design techniques, such as prototyping
  • Research and gather requirements for projects
  • Provide quality PowerPoint content for presentations and mock-ups
  • Develop and modify training materials in MS PowerPoint


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with a degree or a minimum of 7 years of experience without a degree
  • Team-focused attitude and ability to work proactively and efficiently with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Self-directed and motivated with strong analytical skills, systematic and orderly planning abilities, and high attention to details
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all deliverables are thorough and accurate
  • Collaborative, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work with all levels of management
  • Mastery in the use of MS Office products: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A talent for creativity and problem-solving
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities


  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with creating, leading, and/or participating in informational and persuasive presentations
  • Knowledge of systems architecture and technical systems environments
  • Knowledge of Agile approach to team management, communications, and daily operations
  • Academic or professional experience with project coordination and communications management
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Google Suite, and SharePoint
  • Experience with using issue-tracking systems, such as Jira


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Management preferred
