We’re an award-winning IT solutions provider to the Federal government, seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester to join our team in anticipation of an upcoming opportunity.

US Citizenship and the ability to pass and maintain a Federal government (Public Trust) clearance are required for this position.

While primarily remote, this role may require occasional on-site work. The selected candidate must live within commuting distance of Washington, D.C.


  • Ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live
  • Creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Performing functional testing of the system


  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and Web-based applications
  • Experience with iterative systems development life-cycle and documentation
  • Minimum 2 years performing unit, integration, system, and regression software testing in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Experience with automated testing scripts for Regression testing using Selenium
  • Ability to produce comprehensive test plans that can be handed over to an Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) team to run
  • Ability to facilitate customer user acceptance testing
  • Familiar with the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
  • Clear communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates an ability to learn and contribute quickly to project requirements
  • Demonstrates an ability to prioritize and organize efforts in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-orientated personality


  • Experience with relevant CMMI Level 2 & 3 processes, such as Requirements Development and Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Technical Solution)


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
