While its focus will be on call centers, e-mail responses, and web sites, it’s still good to see the GSA studying how well agencies are servicing citizen’s information needs. The first iteration of FirstGov was an amalgamation of sites but has improved to really be an active gateway into government services. I still find myself going to google before anything else, though, and now Google Government Search provides an even more targeted resources for we that focus on government. [Via GovExec]
